MANIFESTO

Death Looms. Make It Count.

You’re going to die. Let that truth wake you—not into anxiety, but into obedience.

You’re going to die.
Let that sink in—not as a whisper but as a roar. Death looms over every
moment, a relentless reminder that time is short and eternity is real.
Life is not a game of survival; it’s a call to purpose.

We live in a world that numbs us with comfort, drowns us in
distractions, and tempts us to chase shadows. But here’s the truth:
**You were made for more.** Not for drifting, not for striving after
empty success, but for surrender. For impact. For the glory of God.

#### **Wake Up to the Reality**

Life is fleeting. James 4:14 cuts through the haze:
*"What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and
then vanishes."*

You don’t know how many days you have left. Stop pretending you’ll have
time to get around to what matters later. The only time you’re promised
is now.

And here’s the reality we can’t escape:
*"It is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment."*
(Hebrews 9:27)

This isn’t a scare tactic; it’s a wake-up call. Every breath you take is
a divine gift (Genesis 2:7). Every moment is a responsibility (Psalm
90:12). You are not your own; you were bought with a price (1
Corinthians 6:19-20).

#### **Two Deaths, One Life**

There are two deaths that define your story:

- **The death you cannot escape:** Physical death is inevitable. It
stands at the horizon, urging you to make this life count.

- **The death you must choose:** The death to self. This is the cross
Jesus calls us to take up daily (Luke 9:23-24).

This chosen death is not despair; it’s the door to true life. Romans 6:4
declares:
*"We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order
that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the
Father, we too might walk in newness of life."*

You don’t find life by clinging to it. You find life by losing it for
His sake (Philippians 3:7-8).

#### **Reject the Drift**

The greatest danger is not failure—it’s drifting.
Drifting looks like staying busy but going nowhere. It’s chasing
comfort, scrolling endlessly, and telling yourself you’ll get serious
about God someday.

*"Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making
the best use of the time, because the days are evil."* (Ephesians
5:15-16)

Drifting wastes the gifts God has entrusted to you. It robs you of the
clarity that comes from living for His Kingdom. Don’t waste your life
chasing the temporary when you were made for the eternal.

#### **Surrender Is the Path to Clarity**

Clarity isn’t achieved by striving—it’s found in surrender. Jeremiah
29:13 reminds us:
*"You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."*

When you stop clinging to control and align your heart with God’s will,
your purpose comes into focus. His plans are higher than yours (Isaiah
55:8-9). His purpose is eternal (Ecclesiastes 3:11).

*"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal
of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God,
what is good and acceptable and perfect."* (Romans 12:2)

#### **Live for What Truly Matters**

Your life is not about you. You are not here to make a name for
yourself. You are here to glorify God. Every talent, every opportunity,
every breath is meant to magnify His name.

*"So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory
of God."* (1 Corinthians 10:31)

Living for His glory means:

- **Seeking His Kingdom first** (Matthew 6:33).

- **Loving others as He has loved us** (John 13:34-35).

- **Stepping boldly into the good works He prepared for you** (Ephesians
  2:10).

This is the life that counts: one lived with purpose, passion, and
eternal focus.

#### **Until It Ends**

We live in the tension of the now and the eternal. Death looms, but so
does life. Every moment is an invitation to align with God’s will, to
love deeply (1 Peter 4:8), to serve faithfully (Galatians 5:13), and to
shine His light in a dark world (Matthew 5:16).

*"For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain."* (Philippians 1:21)

When your final breath comes, what will it have all been for? The time
to choose is now. The time to surrender is now. The time to live for
what truly matters is now.

Death looms. Make it count. Until it ends.
