ENVISION

Citizens of Heaven, Dissidents of Babylon

Two identities will keep you sane in an age of compromise: you belong to another Kingdom—and you refuse to bow to this one.

“Our citizenship is in heaven…” (Phil 3:20)

1) Citizenship isn’t poetry—it’s allegiance

Paul doesn’t say you are merely inspired by heaven. He says you belong to it. That means your values, conduct, hope, and loyalty are shaped by the coming reign of God—not the passing consensus of the age.

2) Babylon is a system before it is a place

Babylon is the pattern of spiritual adultery: truth traded for comfort, worship traded for power, conscience traded for approval.

“Come out of her, my people…” (Rev 18:4)

3) The remnant is not “better”—it’s awake

To be part of the faithful remnant is not to brag. It’s to tremble. Because clarity is a stewardship. If God has opened your eyes, you don’t get to drift—you get to obey.

4) How to live it this week

Remember: you’re not waiting for permission. You’re waiting for the King.
